Vars Electrical Contractors are seeking a driven and self motivated individual to join the ever growing team on a part time basis.
The duties of the job will include:
• Issuing work schedules
• Monitoring supplier and contractor invoices
• Liaising with clients
• Managing purchase orders
• General day to day office tasks
Previous experience in an administrative role is ideal but experience in the industry is not essential. A willingness to learn the processes of a new company is paramount as well as a good level of attention to detail, self motivation, time management and good communication skills.
